For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require a user to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to ones Full Name, and Email address. The information that we request will be retained on ones device and is not collected by us in any way.

Log Data

We want to inform users that whenever one uses our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third party products) on ones phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as ones device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of the use of the Service, and other statistics.

In addition, we use information provided by the Instagram Graph API including but not limited to: likes on posts, posts, caption of posts, and number of followers on a provided Instagram account. We process this data using Firebase to provide valuable metrics to businesses and influencers such as engagement and cost per engagement, which uses likes per post and follower count to calculate. We get posts so we can verify that influencer's post has correctly followed the instructions set by the business.

Data Deletion

To request a deletion of data as an influencer, press "Delete Account" when on the Settings page, found on the Profile page of the influencer app, this function will delete data that Ambassadoor has collected from that given user.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to the users browser from the websites that one visit and are stored on a user's device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. One have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to a user's device. If a user chooses to refuse our cookies, they may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
